Azerbaijani families return to Shusha under state program to repopulate former conflict zone.
In Azerbaijan, 49 families totaling 191 people have returned to Shusha as part of a state program to repopulate territories previously held by internally displaced persons (IDPs).
This relocation follows President Ilham Aliyev's directive and aims to rebuild the area.
