Gas prices rise across Canada's Maritime provinces, with Nova Scotia seeing the smallest increase.

Gasoline and diesel prices increased across Canada's Maritime provinces. In Nova Scotia, gasoline rose by 1.5 cents to a minimum of $1.548 per litre in some areas and $1.568 in Cape Breton. Diesel prices increased by 5.4 cents to a minimum of $1.766 and $1.785. In Prince Edward Island, gasoline went up by 2.9 cents to $1.632 per litre, and diesel rose to $1.858. New Brunswick saw a 2.1-cent increase in gasoline to $1.59 and a 4.5-cent rise in diesel to $1.804.
