Former police chief sentenced to 25 years for sex trafficking a minor and obstructing justice.

Former Fayette County police chief Larry Allen Clay Jr. was sentenced to 25 years in prison and 10 years of supervised release for sex trafficking a 17-year-old girl and obstructing justice. Clay, who paid $100 to a woman to have sex with the minor, also tried to cover up the crimes. He must also pay $80,000 in restitution and register as a sex offender. His accomplice, Kristen Naylor-Legg, was sentenced to nine years in prison.
