UK court to review life sentences given to two 13-year-olds for a murder case deemed "unduly lenient."
The UK's Court of Appeal will review the sentences of two 13-year-olds who were convicted of murdering 19-year-old Shawn Seesahai in Wolverhampton last year.
The boys, who were 12 at the time of the crime, received life sentences with a minimum of eight-and-a-half years.
The Attorney General's Office referred the case, calling the sentences "unduly lenient."
The hearing is scheduled for Thursday at the Royal Courts of Justice.
