The incident, caught on camera, occurred in an apartment corridor in Kuala Lumpur. Goh pleaded guilty and faces a two-month jail term if he fails to pay the fine. The case was handled under the Animals Act 1953, which allows for a maximum fine of RM50,000 or one year in jail.
