Azzurri Group, owner of Zizzi and Coco Di Mama, plans to expand despite rising costs and industry warnings about potential closures due to increased National Insurance contributions. The company, expressing cautious optimism about the UK hospitality recovery, aims to open new sites and grow its Boojum brand in the UK. Azzurri reported an 18.3% revenue increase to £303.1 million and earnings doubling to £32.1 million for the year ending June 30.
