Camping World settles Oregon price gouging case, refunds $3M to overcharged RV customers.
Camping World has agreed to a $3.5 million settlement with Oregon over price gouging allegations. The company will refund $3 million to customers who overpaid for RVs between 2017 and 2018 due to double-charged fees. The settlement also bans Camping World from charging more than the advertised price and requires clear disclosure of all fees on vehicle labels. Customers who bought RVs after 2018 may also be eligible for refunds if they file a complaint within six months.
