Anemoi installs wind-powered rotor sails on world's largest ship, cutting fuel use and emissions.

Anemoi Marine Technologies has installed five rotor sails on the world's largest vessel, the 400,000 dwt Sohar Max, reducing its fuel consumption by up to 6% and cutting carbon emissions by up to 3,000 tonnes annually. This wind propulsion technology aims to help the maritime industry meet emission reduction goals. Anemoi plans to install similar sails on another large vessel, the NSU Tubarao, in September 2025.
