A 27-year-old from Ontario is charged over a fatal boat collision in May that killed three and injured five.
A second man, aged 27, from South Frontenac Township, Ontario, has been charged in connection with a fatal boat collision on Bobs Lake near Kingston in May, which resulted in three deaths and five injuries. He faces charges for failing to exhibit vessel lights and not having enough life jackets. In October, a 44-year-old man was charged with multiple offenses including dangerous operation causing death. The 27-year-old is set to appear in court on January 13, 2025.
