Three firefighters were injured and hospitalized after responding to a chimney fire at a home in Chester, Connecticut, on Saturday morning around 8:40 a.m. The fire spread quickly, breaking through the roof, and required 12,000 gallons of water to extinguish. The firefighters were treated and released. The cause of the fire and the extent of damage are under investigation.
