Supreme Court lets stand decision allowing release of Peter Navarro's White House emails.
The Supreme Court has declined to hear Peter Navarro's appeal to prevent the release of his emails from his time as a Trump White House adviser to the National Archives. Navarro, who served a four-month prison sentence for contempt of Congress related to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack, argues the Presidential Records Act does not allow the federal government to retrieve records from personal email accounts. He is set to return to work in Trump's potential second term.
