With less than 10,000 downloads, the app has received about 500 tips, many of which have helped stop crimes. Users can report school or general safety concerns, remain anonymous, and include photos or videos. Tips are reviewed by 24/7 intelligence agents and forwarded to relevant authorities for investigation.
