Ex-officer Kristian White challenges dismissal over tasering a 95-year-old that led to her death.
Former police officer Kristian White, who was convicted of manslaughter for tasering 95-year-old nursing home resident Clare Nowland, is challenging his dismissal from the NSW Police force.
Nowland died after being tasered by White at a nursing home in Cooma.
White was removed from the force on December 3 and is now seeking a review of his dismissal through the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.
The NSW Police have confirmed the legal filing but cannot comment further.
White is awaiting sentencing.
