Chuck Hildebrandt, a 63-year-old man from Chicago, returned a 50-year-old overdue book titled "Baseball's Zaniest Stars" to his former library in Warren, Michigan. Despite the long overdue period, no fine was charged. Hildebrandt now aims to raise $4,564 for the literacy nonprofit Reading is Fundamental to "make amends" for the book's long absence.
