Telangana's CM outlines plans to boost residential schools by improving food and recruiting more teachers.

The Telangana Chief Minister, A. Revanth Reddy, announced plans to enhance educational standards and improve welfare in residential schools by increasing food quality and monitoring food safety. This includes a 40% rise in diet charges and a 200% increase in cosmetic charges for welfare hostels. Reddy launched a uniform diet plan and criticized the previous government for neglecting these schools. The government also aims to recruit more teachers and allocate Rs 5,000 crore for new residential schools.
