MEDIROM MOTHER Labs, a subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed MEDROM Healthcare Technology, has raised about $1.7 million in a financing round, valued at $58.6 million pre-money. The company, which developed a recharge-free smart bracelet that generates electricity from body heat, received a 25,000-unit order from its B2B sales channel. Investors include NFES Technologies Inc., M3, Inc., and Elematec Corporation.
