Man charged after stealing taxi, assaulting driver, and crashing into snowbank in Winnipeg.

A 34-year-old man in Winnipeg was charged with robbery and other offenses after attacking a taxi driver and stealing the vehicle. The attacker, who armed himself with a car jack from the taxi's trunk, verbally abused and assaulted the driver, causing minor injuries. He damaged a second taxi and crashed the stolen vehicle into a snowbank before being arrested.
