Professor Muhammad Yunus, Chief Adviser of Bangladesh, called for the revival of SAARC to benefit South Asia, emphasizing it should not be affected by India-Pakistan issues. Speaking at a SAARC Federation of Oncologists conference, Yunus urged leaders to meet annually and present a united front. He highlighted the need for regional cooperation in cancer treatment and thanked SFO for support during his family's cancer treatment.
