SpiceJet clears ₹160 crore in delayed employee funds, boosting financial stability and stock value.

Indian airline SpiceJet has cleared all outstanding employee provident fund dues totaling ₹160.07 crore, which had been overdue for over two years. The airline, following a ₹3,000 crore capital raise, has also settled all other statutory liabilities including taxes and employee salaries. This financial turnaround has improved SpiceJet's credit rating and financial stability, with shares rising 1.38%.
