South Korea will demonstrate the U.S.-made S-4 air taxi to advance urban air mobility.

South Korea is set to conduct its first flight demonstration of a commercial air taxi, the S-4 model by U.S. company Joby Aviation, as part of its initiative to introduce urban air mobility (UAM). The demonstration at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute in Goheung will test the aircraft's safety and traffic management capabilities. The event is part of the K-UAM Grand Challenge, involving technology from a consortium of SK Telecom, Korea Airports Corp., and Hanwha Systems.
