The Sealdah court in Kolkata granted bail to former RG Kar Medical College principal Sandip Ghosh and ex-police officer Abhijit Mondal in the rape and murder case of a trainee doctor. The CBI failed to file charges within 90 days. Ghosh is accused of tampering with evidence, while Mondal faced delaying the FIR filing. Ghosh remains in custody due to separate financial irregularities charges.
