Former judge Gregory Geason sentenced to a year of community corrections for breaching a restraining order.
Former Tasmanian Supreme Court judge Gregory Geason, 63, was sentenced to a 12-month community corrections order for contacting a woman 12 times over nine days, breaching a restraining order. He previously resigned after being convicted of assaulting and intimidating a woman, causing her injury. Geason must complete 100 hours of community service and continue mental health treatment, and cannot leave Tasmania without permission.
