A Florida woman, Briana Boston, aged 42, was arrested and charged with threatening to conduct a mass shooting or act of terrorism after making threatening remarks to her health insurance provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield. Boston used the phrase "Delay, deny, depose. You people are next," which resembled words found on bullet casings from the UnitedHealthcare CEO's murder. She was booked in Polk County jail after apologizing and claiming she did not own guns.
