Trevor J. Lunney, a 39-year-old man from Washington, was found guilty of making threatening statements to kill officials and prosecutors while on community custody for previous threats.
In 2022, he texted his corrections officer, mentioning plans for "mass violence" and a "Sandy Hook II" at a local school district.
Despite being jailed, Lunney continued to send threats.
Sentencing is scheduled for March 2025.
