Spark New Zealand will sell its remaining 17% stake in its mobile tower company, Connexa, to the Canadian investment firm CDPQ for $314 million. This sale is part of Spark's plan to raise funds for expanding its data center business and to strengthen its financial position. The transaction, pending regulatory approval, is expected to be completed in the third quarter of Spark's 2025 financial year.
