New York Times tech workers tentatively agree to contract after strike, set to vote Dec. 19.

The New York Times Tech Guild has tentatively agreed to a three-year contract with the company, following a week-long strike in November. The deal, which includes "just cause" protections, wage increases up to 8.25%, and flexible hybrid work schedules, is the first for the union. Tech Guild members will vote on the contract's ratification on December 19.
