Buc-ee's Ohio location construction resumes after Clark County agrees to provide water services until 2035.

A legal dispute between Clark County and Huber Heights over water and sewer services for Ohio's first Buc-ee's location has been resolved, allowing construction to resume. Clark County will provide services to the site until 2035, pumping an extra 25,000 gallons of water daily to support the 74,000 square-foot facility. The agreement also allows for Fairborn to handle future wastewater treatment. The lawsuit, which delayed construction, will be dismissed by the end of the week.
