Flair Airlines' CFO, Sumanth Rao, faces involuntary manslaughter charges in connection with a fatal car crash involving an underage driver who had been drinking at Rao's Atlanta home. The crash on Feb. 24 led to the death of 18-year-old Sophia Lekiachvili. Rao's daughter and friends had spent the evening at the house, where they shared wine before leaving for a drive. Rao, his wife, and the underage driver are all facing charges. Flair Airlines says it is ensuring operational continuity as the case proceeds.
