Canadian mining firm Osisko Metals has completed a $107.4 million private placement to fund its projects, including the Gaspé Copper project in Quebec. The funds raised include $35.4 million from flow-through units for exploration expenses and $72 million from hard dollar units for project development and corporate needs. The deal, led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., also involved contributions from key directors and officers, with securities subject to a four-month hold period.
