Cineworld plans to close six more cinemas in the UK as part of a financial restructuring plan.

Cineworld, the UK's largest cinema chain, plans to close six more cinemas, adding to the five it already shut earlier this year. The closures, affecting locations in Castleford, Leigh, Middlesbrough, Northampton, Poole, and Weymouth, are part of a restructuring plan aimed at improving financial stability. The company has secured £40 million in additional funding and plans to invest £35 million in refurbishing remaining cinemas.
