Two Anne Arundel County police officers indicted for misconduct following a fatal high-speed chase crash.

Two Anne Arundel County police officers have been indicted for misconduct in office following a fatal crash in Pasadena, Maryland, last December 7. The officers were pursuing a vehicle at high speed when it crashed into a utility pole, killing a 22-year-old passenger and seriously injuring the driver. Anne Arundel County Police Chief Amal Awad stated that the officers are presumed innocent until proven guilty, noting that the department did not find evidence of criminal conduct.
