Protesters in Taipei march for labor rights and to combat workplace bullying, following an employee's suicide.

Around 3,000 people marched in Taipei on Sunday, led by the Taiwan People's Party (TPP), to support labor rights and oppose workplace bullying. The march followed the death of a 39-year-old ministry employee who allegedly took his own life after being bullied. TPP lawmakers called for anti-bullying legislation, union formation for police and firefighters, and whistleblower protections. The Ministry of Labor is considering legal changes to address workplace bullying, including the possibility of allowing civil servants to form unions.
