Oman's trade surplus rose to RO 6.063 billion by September 2024, up 8% from the same period in 2023. Exports increased by 10% to RO 18.241 billion, driven by a 21.5% rise in oil and gas exports to RO 12.406 billion. Crude oil exports grew 7.6% to RO 7.610 billion, while refined oil exports surged 151.6% to RO 2.975 billion. Imports increased 10.9% to RO 12.178 billion. The UAE is Oman's top trading partner, particularly in non-oil exports.
