Las Vegas police arrested 32-year-old Isaac Laushaul Jr. on Saturday in connection with the death of an English Bulldog named Reba, found in a sealed plastic tote near a grocery store in July. Reba died from heat stroke and cardiac arrest after being discovered in critical condition. Laushaul Jr. faces a felony charge for the willful or malicious torture, maiming, or killing of an animal.
