Early morning fire displaces four residents in Oswego; cause under investigation.

An early morning fire in Oswego at 231 East 5th Street displaced four residents. The Oswego Fire Department responded at 1:53am and controlled the fire by 2:24am despite challenging weather. The front apartment suffered significant damage, while the rear apartment had minor smoke damage. The cause is under investigation but believed to be accidental. The American Red Cross is aiding the displaced residents.
