The Bar Council of India has removed Sanjeev Nasiar, an advocate and vice-chairman of the Bar Council of Delhi, from his position due to irregularities in his LLB (Hons) degree. The Bar Council found discrepancies in his academic records and unauthorized course offerings at his college. A CBI probe is being requested to investigate the authenticity of his degree and potential record tampering.
