Solar91 Cleantech Limited gains Bombay Stock Exchange IPO approval to fund solar projects and corporate needs.
Solar91 Cleantech Limited, an Indian clean energy company, has received approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange for its IPO. The company aims to raise funds for solar project development, working capital, and general corporate purposes by issuing up to 54,36,000 equity shares at Rs10 each. Founded in 2015 by IIT alumni, Solar91 provides EPC services and has installed nearly 80 MW of solar projects across India. The IPO proceeds will also cover IPO-related expenses.
