Portugal and Spain saw their hottest Novembers on record, highlighting climate change impacts.

Portugal recorded its hottest-ever November, with temperatures averaging 2.69°C above the 1981-2010 average, reaching 15.14°C (59.3°F). This surpassed the previous record set since data collection began in 1931. Neighboring Spain also saw its warmest November on record at 12.4°C (54.3°F). Scientists warn that climate change will lead to more frequent and intense extreme weather events.
