Indiana trooper Ryan Parent and his new K-9, Bandit, complete training, set to patrol the Indiana Toll Road.

Indiana State Police trooper Ryan Parent and his new K-9 partner, Bandit, a 1.5-year-old German Shepherd, have completed a rigorous 12-week training program and will be patrolling the Indiana Toll Road in LaGrange and Steuben Counties. The training included tracking, evidence finding, suspect apprehension, and drug detection. Trooper Parent, a four-year ISP veteran, and Bandit will soon begin their duties together.
