Experienced journalist Foyez Ahammad appointed to key press role in Bangladesh's interim government.

Foyez Ahammad, a journalist with over 18 years of experience, has been appointed as the senior assistant press secretary to the Chief Adviser of Bangladesh's interim government. Ahammad, who previously worked as a special correspondent for the New Age, now holds one of three key positions in the Chief Adviser's Press Wing on a contractual basis. He is known for his efforts in maintaining journalism's independence from political influences.
