Ken Caillat, producer of Fleetwood Mac's "Rumours," settles lawsuit over play's alleged book plagiarism.

Ken Caillat, a producer for Fleetwood Mac's iconic 1977 album "Rumours," has settled a lawsuit against the Tony Award-winning play "Stereophonic." Caillat and co-author Steven Stiefel accused the play of copying portions of their book, "Making Rumours: The Inside Story Of The Classic Fleetwood Mac Album," without permission. The settlement terms remain undisclosed, but both parties expect to finalize the agreement before December 23.
