Eight suspects in Indian politician Baba Siddique's murder are held under anti-organized crime law.

Eight suspects in the murder of Indian politician Baba Siddique have been remanded to police custody until December 7 under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act. The Mumbai police arrested 26 individuals in connection with the October 12 killing, identifying Anmol Bishnoi, brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, as the main conspirator. Bishnoi, currently in a US prison, is accused of providing financial support to the other suspects. The investigation continues into the source of these funds.
