Two Delta flight attendants were removed and fined by Dutch police for failing breathalyzer tests before a flight.

Two Delta flight attendants were removed from their flight to New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport after failing a breathalyzer test in Amsterdam. Dutch police, who stated that airline personnel cannot drink alcohol 10 hours before a flight, fined one attendant €1,900 and another €275. Delta Air Lines has a strict alcohol policy with zero tolerance for violations. The flight proceeded as scheduled with replacement crew.
