Temple University cleared of Jewish student harassment claims but must comply with anti-discrimination measures.

The Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights completed an investigation into Temple University, finding no evidence of wrongdoing in alleged harassment of Jewish students. However, the university will enter a resolution agreement to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, following concerns over discrimination reporting. Temple will conduct annual anti-discrimination training, surveys on campus discrimination, and provide regular reports to the Department of Education for the next two academic years.
