A mistrial was declared in the case against former Rep. Gabrielle LeDoux for alleged election fraud.

A mistrial has been declared in the case against former Alaska Rep. Gabrielle LeDoux, charged with encouraging non-residents to vote in her district during the 2014 and 2018 elections. The jury could not reach a unanimous decision on the 12 charges, including five felonies. Prosecutors can retry the case, but LeDoux's defense team will push for the charges to be dismissed.
