Eric Perry, 45, has pleaded no contest to charges including second-degree intentional homicide and armed robbery in the 2021 murder of Benzel Rose in Fond du Lac. Rose was found shot in the head, and cash and a firearm were stolen. Perry's bond was revoked, and he is set for sentencing on March 24. His co-defendant, Julius Freeman, was previously sentenced to life in prison with eligibility for release after 35 years.
