EfTEN Capital AS and Südamekodud AS have agreed on the acquisition of a Tallinn property for conversion into a nursing home for up to 170 clients, with part of the building remaining in use by the North Estonia Medical Centre. EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS will acquire the property, and the sale contract is planned for January next year, with construction set to begin in the second quarter.
