Youth charity Young Enterprise Scotland cuts 17 jobs after losing government funding.
Young Enterprise Scotland, a charity providing enterprise education to young people, has made 17 employees redundant after failing to secure Scottish Government funding. The organization received emergency funds of £285,000, preventing total closure, but it will now operate with no more than 12 staff. Young Enterprise Scotland has supported over 18,000 students annually and has been active for over 30 years.
