A 45-year-old woman was arrested in Winnipeg after threatening library security guards with a folding knife. She was denied entry to the Millennium Library due to a metal detector alert and allegedly brandished the knife when asked to leave. The woman fled the scene without causing injuries. She faces two charges of assault with a weapon and one charge of weapon possession and was released on an undertaking.
