Wilaust Farms introduces an automated sheep feeder, reducing labor and improving sheep health.

Wilaust Farms in Western Australia has introduced an automated sheep feeder to reduce labor costs and improve sheep health during dry seasons. Developed by shareholder Tihan Giliomee, the 24-meter feeder automatically refills from a 50-tonne bin, saving up to four hours daily. The system, costing around $7,500, paid for itself within two months, enhancing sheep health and feed efficiency.
